Your Type 3 Hair

YOUR TYPE 3 HAIR

This hair type has the most body of all the hair types and it can be versatile as well such as being curly or blown straight to appear as relaxed hair and this is what makes this hair type the in between hair type despite it's curly appearance and just like the other two hair types before it to has three hair category type A, B, and C within it's curlier S loop pattern of the hair follicle that is well defined and springy.

Your Type 3A Hair:
This wavy distinct S pattern is curved with an uniform hair follicle pattern but with it's versatility it can be either curly or straight this hair type hair a twisty curly hair follicle with it's defined S pattern shape can be a combination of frizzy hair and shiny hair depending on the length and texture of this hair type.

Your Type 3B Hair:
This hair type is still a combination of straight but curly and the curls are a little more tighter than 3A hair type. The S shape pattern in the hair follicle becomes a little more tighter and curlier which becomes your deeper S curl pattern that have a oily appearance but can be thick and dry with a coarser texture and will need to be treated weekly or even daily depending on the hair type and texture.

Your Type 3C Hair Type:
This hair type becomes your more curly defined mixed curl pattern as the S formation becomes more ringlet and in depth with a curlier wave pattern as this hair type is more close in relation with the next hair type that comes after this which is your type 4 hair and hair type 3 tend to be more in need of moisture to help keep it's ringlets moist and conditioned.

Your TYPE 2 Hair

Your TYPE 2 hair is what I like to call your in between hair it is neither Straight nor curly but it has a S pattern to it that contains both straightness and curliness to it you can be either straight or curly at any time you choose with this hair type and texture of hair and this is my sew-in that I would consider in the TYPE 2 Hair family category that too falls into three hair texture categories A, B, and C hair type categories also just as TYPE 1 hair does.
This hair TYPE 2 is easy to maintain and care for all you have to do is to use lighter products such as sulfate-free shampoos, curly hair mousses, lotions or gels that enhance the curls, but don't weigh them down.

TYPE 2:  (A) Hair tends to have an undeniable sheen and this hair type texture hair tends to be fine, thin and very easy to handle. It is also generally easily to straighten or curl meaning that you can easily handle this hair type.

TYPE 2:  (B) This hair type and texture sticks close to the head; it won't bounce up, even when it is layered. This hair  type and texture often has a nice sheen but it has a bit more wave in it than Type 2a has what makes this hair type a little more resistant to styling, and it has a tendency to frizz more than 2a.

TYPE 2:  (C) This hair type is thicker & coarser with wavy hair that is actual S curls patterns throughout instead of just having waves to it. This hair type and texture tends to be more resistant to styling and will frizz more quickly. This hair type and texture tends to use a lot of gel to style and manage frizz. Many with 2c hair have an under layer of straight hair, while others have an under layer that's more curly.

Your TYPE 1 Hair

Your Type 1 Hair is your straight to minimal wave type hair commonly found in over fifty percent of your Caucasian community. Caucasian hair varies due to the genetic influence of mixing ancestry whose hair can range from white blond, to browns, to red, and to black which can be broken down into three categories (a)Thin Straight Hair, to (b)Medium Straight Hair, to your (c)Coarse Straight Hair Texture in which each hair type have its own unique characteristic that makes each category look and feel different as well as respond differently.

Type 1    (A) Thin Straight Hair: which tends to be your white blond hair the finest of all hair textures in the Type 1 straight hair type and texture category it is oval in cross section which is what makes it fine to medium in diameter.

(B) Medium Straight Hair: This hair type and texture tends to be the darker and reds shades tone of hair in the Type 1 category with all the body and volume with the dark hair being coarser and the red hairs being the coarsest of  the blonde hair type.

(C) Coarse Straight Hair:  This hair which is usually the thickest in diameter with the strongest strength in all of the ethnicity that causes their hair to grow longer than any other hair type and this hair type comes in the blacks or browns color shades hair types that many of us try to imitate with weave extension thus helping us to create the thickness, fullness, and bone straightness of this particular hair type and texture which is usually associated with the Asian Ethnicity Community who normally tends to have this type and texture of hair.

THE ROLES OF THE VARIOUS HAIR CONDITIONERS

Hair is vulnerable to any & everything and once the hair has lost it's natural hair structure alignment which is the core protection of your hair and which it plays a major role in the overall growth and health of your hair that can become affected physically or chemically by the vulnerability of your hair after the alteration of your hair's natural structure that has been abruptly changed that will soon become even more vulnerable & altered by poor diet, medication, smoking, stress, diseases of the scalp, as well as lost of color the hair melony gradually disappear (gray hair) which makes your hair vulnerable along with being resistant to any and everything.

But when those three layers of skin serving as protection becomes extremely damaged you will begin to loose both your porosity& elasticity as well as your hair's natural conditioner "Sebum" then you are also going to loose your hair's moisture loss all at the same time then you know that you may have cuticle damage the inner atmosphere of your hair structure and this will cause your hair to become brittle, dull, increase number of split ends, excessive tangles, fly-away fibers, lack of body from exposure to your environment, mechanical manipulations, chemical process, thermal styling, and of course shampoos and once your hair is damaged there is no real way to completely restore your hair which makes hair unique and give your hair its characteristic of being the only body structure that is completely renewable without scarring  meaning you can cut all the damaged areas of your damaged hair ridding your damaged hair.

There are numerous ways of making your hair feel and handle more like healthy hair and that's when "Conditioners" comes into play by having a major role in delivering the necessary protein, keratin, binding agents that adheres to the cracked frayed broken spots in the hair structure delivered to add back the strength and elasticity in your hair, your hair natural pH balance and porosity, as well as deliver your hair's moisture to your dry hair as it helps to detangle your hair, help protect against thermal and mechanical damage all while imparting sheen while giving your hair a soft texture and there are around nine different and various kinds of Hair Conditioners ranging from your Leave-In, Reconstructor, Deep Penetrating/ Intensive Repair, Moisturizers, Laminates, Thermal Styling/Blow Drying Lotion, Finishing, Pre Chemical, and your Post Chemical Conditioners all made and designed to do a job for your hair and its structure.

Leave In Conditioners are quite excellent because they leave your hair super soft and amazingly touchable, without making it heavy or weighing it down. Leave In's does so much more than just leave your hair conditioned, shiny, and beautiful it can be used to tame any frizz or fly-away ends ...

Reconstructors are heavy duty conditioners designed especially for severely damaged hair and they typically contain micro and macro proteins to fill the cracks and ruptured areas on and within the hair shaft and they may also contain polymeric agents that tightly bind the structures of the hair shaft together for the purpose of fortification and compatibility...

Moisturizing Conditioners hydrates dry brittle hair and correct moisture imbalances while helping to seal in the necessary moisture your dry damaged hair needs to quench your hair’s thirst and leaves hair soft, silky, and with an  irresistible touch.

Laminate Conditioners is designed for three things for the hair (a) to seal the cuticle layer for a glossy sheen, (b) made for easy combing, and (c) ward off style wrecking effects of humidity.

Thermal Styling/ Blow drying Lotions are designed to use prior to heat styling and these conditioners help protect the hair from heat damage and it also help reduce the force required to comb or brush the hair during blow-drying while providing sheen and eliminate static charge.

Finishing Conditioners includes natural oils, crèmes, mineral-oil based hairdressing, oil sheen sprays, and laminate sprays and these products are used to enhance sheen, manageability, and the are sometimes used to lubricate the scalp.

Pre Chemical Conditioners are sold as integral of some relaxers system and are especially formulated to deep condition and repair the hair during chemical processing depending upon the brand and a pre chemical conditioner will also leave the hair with an extraordinarily silky texture and luster....

Post Chemical Conditioners work to sustain and augment the deep conditioner treatment that the Pre chemical Conditioner effected and they also help normalize and rebalance the pH of your hair.....

Hair Damage and the Hair Treatments

image  Frayed and Cracked Cuticle               image Thinning Hair/ Loss       image  Hair Damage

Hair damage happens when you have Cuticle Loss when the cuticle begins to fray and crack within your hair structure and the hair shaft experiences massive cracks  which causes rupturing along its length, damaging the cortex and medulla causing the hair to loose the Keratin materials within the hair structure making the hair shaft thinner or entire portions of the cuticle alternately layer altogether removed leaving the hair fiber open and unprotected as the fibers fray and give the hair shaft a ragged, unstable alignment with severe damage causing loss of elasticity & the hair is unable to stretch and recover adequately in which the hair reaches its tensile strength that makes your hair reaches its breaking point that begins to shows outside the hair strands and breakage of your hair begins to breaks easily when mechanically manipulated by brushing and combing which results in even more significant breakage of the hair as the more and more the hair structure begins to unravel you will begin to experience hair thinning, hair loss, and hair damaged upon your hair strands. Both porosity and moisture loss are a result of cuticle damage meaning that the cuticle layer is no longer tightly aligned and is no longer providing adequate protection to the inner hair shaft. Sebum is not properly being distributed along the hair strand due to a misaligned cuticle layer causing the hair cortex degradation and also the resultant of your hair porosity are the fundamental reasons that hair loses pliability and becomes alternately straw-like in feel & appearance, splitting of ends. Split ends are essentially longitudinal ruptures at the end of the hair shaft and because they expose the inner structures. Split ends are typically dry and quite brittle causing excessive tangling which may make the cause the hair to be very difficult to comb because of the frayed fibers snagging, tugging and pulling one another producing fly-away fibers and fly-away fibers hair carries a relatively high electrostatic charge causing hair strands to repel one another and the hair is highly unmanageable and the hair won't hold curls well and does not have the fullness and “Body”  in which hair volume is known as and therefore you create hair loss and damage but luckily there are treatments for all hair damage though it is not a permanent fix it is a solution for your hair care needs and Healthy Hair Plus can help you find the right product for your hair care treatment and also check out Hair, Beauty, and Health website and check out some great products for your hair care treatment as well.

Now Essential Oils are your scented oils. We want to use Essential Oils for hair because they stimulate the sebaceous glands in the scalp to produce more oil, or we use Essential Oils for hair because they also restore the glands back to normal too! While essential oils often have a pleasant aroma, their chemical makeup is complex and their benefits vast—which makes them much more than something that simply smells good. Essential oils are extracted from aromatic plant sources via steam distillation, and are highly concentrated and far more potent than dry herbs. Although they are fat soluble, they do not include fatty lipids or acids found in vegetable and animal oils. Essential oils are non water-based phytochemicals made up of volatile aromatic compounds that are very clean, almost crisp, to the touch and are immediately absorbed by the skin with its pure, unadulterated stimulus which makes Essential Oils translucent and range in color from crystal clear to deep blue. Essential oils have been used throughout recorded history for a wide variety of wellness applications. The modern use of essential oils has continued to grow rapidly as health scientists and medical practitioners continue to research and validate the numerous health and wellness benefits of therapeutic-grade essential oils which you can find on Healthy Hair Plus. Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. Essential oils are usually administered by one of three methods: diffused aromatically, applied topically, or taken internally as dietary supplements. The chemical structure of essential oils also allows them to be absorbed into the bloodstream via the skin for internal benefit throughout the body which makes them very beneficial to Healthy Hair growth that has been damaged or distressed. Be sure to use only 100% pure therapeutic-grade essential oils and follow all label warnings and instructions.

How Often Should You Trim Your Ends & Why Should You Trim Your Ends?

When your hair is weakened from damaged, over-processed, or chemically altered it has been permanently damaged from its original state of healthiness and in order for your hair to get back healthy and stay healthy, thick, and full you must keep those split ends tamed so that they do not crawl up your hair shaft and break off more hair than you allow by not wanting to cut off what has begin to break because of you being scared to cut your hair off because you want to retain your hair’s length when in reality you are just holding on to dead hair that will eventually crawl further and further up your hair shaft while stunning the growth of your new long, thick, full, and healthy hair by not properly keeping your ends trimmed as often as needed or when necessary will eventually lead to hair loss. Trimming your ends should be after every relaxer which should be stretched for at least 12-14 weeks or longer if hair is properly deep conditioned as well as moisturized which should keep your new growth soft and manageable until you give your next relaxer for those of you who have chemical treated hair and only when you are noticing a lot of breakage and shedding of your hair than you normally shed then you should trim your ends to eliminate the broken ends that has been caused from damage to the hair’s structure from excessive abuse of heated appliances, the environment, brushing, illness, dryness, weakened brittle, damaged, or even over-processed hair no matter what your hair issue is your hair has begun to show you signs of distress and damage and it is your place to tend to the distress that your hair is showing to find a resolution to your hair’s need before you have to start over you should first start by removing those dead split ends immediately or when necessary and finding the appropriate hair care products on Healthy Hair Plus to treat your damaged hair structure before your ends takes over and start ruining your Healthy Hair’s life.

There are ways you can trim your hair which is while your hair is wet or dry all depending on the type and texture of the hair you may have. You will need a cutting cape & comb, neck strips, clips, shears, and some split ends which you can find all these supplies and more on my squidoo lens in the amazon section on Hair, Beauty, and Health. If giving a wet trim is your know how you should know to lightly moisten the hair with a spray bottle and section your hair off into four or five sections with the hair clips to help keep your hair from being in the way of the section of hair you are trimming. Once hair is sectioned off part hair into thin pie slices and proceed to clip your hair ends some areas may be different lengths depending on the amount of damaged and nature of your ends than other parts of your hair due from the extent of your damage but remember hair is the only non destructible thing on the human body so with that in mind just know that your hair will grow back even longer, stronger, and healthier . Do this step section by section until you have completed your entire head and the same steps go for a dry trim cut as well for those of you who is very good and prefer to do dry cuts. You will be amazed at how just trimming your ends will make such a big difference to the feel, strength, elasticity, and texture or your hair once you have removed those dead ends and allowed the new Healthy Hair in.
